Discover the benefits of mindfulness through gentle movement, breathwork and meditation. Learn simple techniques that can be applied to everyday living to increase well-being and cultivate a calm state of mind. Held in an intimate setting within the beautiful space of Espace Rêverie. Teachings are primarily shared in English.

Apprenez des techniques simples qui peuvent être appliquées dans la vie de tous les jours pour augmenter le bien-être et cultiver un état d'esprit calme. Les cours se déroulent dans un cadre intime au sein du magnifique local de l'Espace Rêverie. Les enseignements sont principalement partagés en anglais.
